Hey guys,

I hope everybody had a good New Years Eve with lots of booze, friends and fireworks.

This is a followup post on my previous list of anime worth watching. Tnx for everybody who pm'd me with titles I should watch. There were some I actually had never heard of. Anyway, here are some more titles worth checking out.

Comments and opinions are welcome. If there are titles that you recommend please share.

Cool stuff man, I'm glad Cowboy Bebob is on the list, it's one of my favs, I also can't wait to see Metropolis now, and Jumper is super cool!

I almost shit, from laughing to hard, when I saw the naked women!

RB

Oh and Trigun is my favorite Anime by far, just so you know.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who enjoyed dead leaves haha

lots of people I talk to really didn't like it :(

to be honest, I really just love the pacing and action

Dead leaves is kinda wierd. What I also liked about it was the pacing and action. But I can understand why someone wouldn't like it. It's kinda out there. :)

No dragonball z. SHAME ON U >:c

I've seen most of these. Dead Leaves I know about, it's something I've been meaning to check out.

ergo proxy and FLCL

Ha, as soon as I saw Dead Leaves, I knew you were gonna post, Nogfish.

Honestly, I borrowed the DVD from my friend and I was excited. he said it was crazy and I really like the cover art, which usually is some indicator.

But when it came down to it... I walked away slightly less than amused. I can say that I'm glad that I didn't buy it or waste time DLing it.

Anyways, I think you and I have some similar tastes, but you don't seem to get into the nitty-gritty world of shit that people don't quite know about yet, like Mononoke (not the Miyazaki film, mind you :3), Diebuster, Xam'd and Air Gear.

You and me, we'll have to sit down and have a talk about this :D

Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Death Note, Rozen Maiden

What? no black blood brothers? thats the awesomest vampire anime know!

Metropolis was awesome!

A little unknown series by the name of King of Bandit Jing is one of my favorites.
It's multiple episodic adventures make it feel like a saturday morning cartoon to me.

i saw dead leaves its awsome

but in english

come c my page

Trigun and soul eater are pretty awesome.

A lot of great anime mentions. Dead Leaves is fucked but their needs to be an anime like that very once in a while. Thought Blood The Last Vampire was pretty good but never really bothered to watch Blood +. Some unique animes I think should be mentioned are, Perfect Blue, Vampire Hunter D, Jin-Roh, Devilman (90's), X, Samurai Champloo, Lain, Karas, and Ergo Proxy.
Interested in your third set of mentions.

Good list! Afro Samurai and Dead Leaves really push that envelope for action, especially considering all the high flying action stuff that comes out of Japan.

The rest are obviously good, like cowboy bebop, gits, a couple of these I've never heard of though, will check em out :).

Thank you for something informative haha
